Beskrivning
We offer our simple and cosy timber-cabin and annex (with shower, washing-machine and toilet) surrounded by forest and grazing animals in a very ambient environment in the rich nature and cultural surroundings of Österlen. The cabin is private and located on a big meadow and the annex is some meters away. Guests can park privately next to the cabin. We live around 75 meters from the cabin but the cabin and annex is separated from our area by a sheep-fence. If guests need any assistance/information we are available.

THE CABIN:

The cabin is equipped with well equipped-kitchen. The patio is big and covered with a roof for the rainy days. The entrance of cabin is facing east and will give you morning sun and sun on the patio up until afternoon. Barbecue with charcoal is provided for outside use. There is a king size-bed and sleeping-sofa (bäddsoffa).

The cabin has limited electricity but enough for fridge/freezer and some lights and charging of phones. Drinking-water is provided in jerricans.

THE ANNEX:

The annex comes with a king size-bed and toilet with shower and washing machine. Outside there is a patio only available to guests.

PRACTICAL INFO:

We accommodate maximum four guests/per booking. Either all can sleep in the cabin or two in the cabin and two in the annex depending on your set-up.

We live nearby but our area is separated from guest-area by sheep-fence.

THE SURROUNDINGS:

15 kilometers west om Brösarp in forest land is the small village of Illstorp. Here is the property located outside the village at the end of the road. A lot of grazing animals are around. Forest with a lot of deer, wildboar, foxes and recently wolwes. A stream nearby. If you are in to trail-running this is one of the best areas in Sweden for it. This place is perfect for having a base if you like hiking, nature, the sea and the countryside. Only 3 kilometers away you can connect to Skåneleden and it will lead all the way to the sea.

22 kilometers from Kivik and also 20 minutes by car to the most beautiful beach in Sweden. Within 25 minutes by car you have an incredible variety of nature, culture and local cuisine.

The cosy village of Brösarp is 15 minutes away by car where there are shops, pharmacies and restaurants. And not to forget the waterfall of Hallamölla, Skånes highest waterfall only 7 kilometers away. Furthermore the famous Brösarps backar is an hour away by bike and 10-15 minutes away by car. Closer inland there are small pretty villages with local craft-shops, second hand markets and a lot of local culture and historical remains.

There are many options for walking/hiking/running/biking. Skåneleden, Christinehof Ekopark, Backaleden among others.

If you dont want to go anywhere at all, just stay and enjoy the ambient atmosphere or go for a short walk in the forest. Maybe the foxes and the dear will greet you. And in the night, watch the stars. Recently we have spotted wolves on the meadow. So maybe you get lucky.
