The house is located only a couple of hundred meters away from water with excellent swimming from cliffs, jetty and sandy beaches friendly for children.

Sauna available with jetty steps from the sea.

The house is located 80 km from Uppsala and 140 km from Stockholm.

Golf club 3 km away.

The main house has 3 bed possibility to sleep 4. Kitchen with fridge with freezer box,hob,oven,micro and wood burner, eat n kitchen with seating for 4, mainly all eating takes place on the decking, 2 covered areas and one open, during the summer. The lounge has open fireplace, seating for 6-8 on sofas and chairs.
Washroom with shower and composting toilet.

Guesthouse with 1 double and 1 single beds with vaulted ceiling, at the back side of the guesthouse there is a workshop with hundreds of tools for the handy person to do crafting.

Parking for up to 5 cars.

Fishing rods available, life jackets and 3 bikes.

Car could be available upon request, parked in Uppsala which is easy to reach with train from the airport.
