summerhouse for young family

Hi all,
we are a dutch family of 2 adults and a one year old baby, visiting
family in Sweden. We are looking for a summerhouse for 1 week in
week 29 or 30, maximum 30 minutes from Vastervik. We are
looking for a spacious house with a terrace in a nice surrounding.
Would be really nice if there is a possibility to swim/sauna/hottub
in the proximity.
